How to create an enterprise

When you successfully log in to the course management system for the first time, you will see the following interface on the home screen. Click [Create Company] to see the pop-up box:

Click [Top Up Activation] or [Apply for Trial], and the user will be required to fill in the necessary company information, as shown below:

• The enterprise name cannot be modified after creation. Please name it with caution.
• Enterprise logo. The image will be displayed in the upper left corner of the management system. Otherwise, the CoursePod or TalkCloud icon will be displayed.
• Please fill in the name of the daily operator of this enterprise so that we can contact you.
• If anyone from the TalkCloud marketing or CoursePod marketing team has contacted you before, please fill in your referral code here. This is very important and helpful to our colleagues.

Apply for a Trial: After submitting your company information, you will automatically be logged into the CoursePod system. New organizations will receive a three-day free trial. The platform will retain enterprise data generated during the trial period for 60 days free of charge. You can top up your account during this period to become a full user. Otherwise, the platform will delete this data after 60 days, and the data cannot be recovered.

Top-up Activation: After submitting the company information, you will automatically be directed to the top-up interface. Once you complete the top-up, you will become a full user. For users in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, the first top-up amount must be at least CNY 100. For users from other countries, the first top-up amount must be at least USD 100.

Instant credit: Online payment supports PayPal, Alipay and WeChat Pay (recommended, credited immediately) Bank transfer: Transfer according to the account information prompted by the interface (Funds will be credited within 1–3 business days after we receive and verify the bank’s transaction record.)
