How to start "Book Class"

Because most companies only focus on class scheduling, "Book lessons" is set to "Closed" by default and requires the company administrator to [manually enable] it.

Location: Business Management/Enterprise Settings/Administrative Management/Lesson Reservation Configuration, see the figure below:

1. The Book Lessons switch is off by default and needs to be turned on manually;
2. Cancellation: By default, cancellation is not allowed. If it is allowed, you can set the cancellation period in advance (definition: if you cancel more than x hours before the class starts, you can cancel; if you cancel within x hours, you cannot cancel because a successful appointment will occupy the teacher's resources. It is not advisable to stand up the teacher before the class starts)
3. Reservation deadline: Students must make reservations x hours before class at the latest. Reservations can be made after x hours, but not within x hours (teachers need to prepare for the class, and if they start the class right after the reservation, they may not be fully prepared)
4. Calculate attendance: The institution chooses the method of calculating attendance (entering the classroom/having scheduled a class).
