Enterprise Settings

Users can manage their own enterprises through the enterprise settings panel.

Notification Settings

The course system automatically sends notifications to users, reminding them of course and assignment information. These notifications are pushed to users via CoursePod app by default.

Course notification

• Reminder before class Remind students and teachers before class starts. Up to three reminder periods can be set for each class.

• Reminder of late for class Remind students who are not in classroom after starting to go to classroom.

• Reservation SMS notification (paid) Teachers will receive SMS notifications as students successfully book their classes.

• Cancellation SMS notification (paid) Teachers will receive SMS notifications as students cancel the reservation

Homework notification

Teachers can assign homework to students after class and remind students to process it in time after finishing the corrections.

• Homework assignment notification: When homework is assigned, parents receive real-time notification.

• Homework notification: Teacher will remind the students who have not finished homework and their parents will receive notifications by WeChat.

• Homework evaluation notification: Parents will receive real-time notification when homework is evaluated.

• Assignment Completion Notification: Teachers receive notices after students finish homework.

Leave notification

• SMS notification (paid): A text message will notify the teacher and admin after a leave is submitted.

Classroom notice

• Reminder of not getting in classroom: Course supervision shows notifications that who hasn't enter the classroom.

• Exit classroom reminder: Course supervision shows notifications that who leaves the classroom.

Registration notification

• Account registration notification（SMS-paid）: Notify users via email/SMS of the registerted accounts after they're added or imported in Teacher/Student management.

Course progress notification

• Course ending notification Notify admin that a course comes to an end

• WeChat official account notification Notify via WeChat message

• SMS notification (paid) Notify via SMS

Preparation notification

• Push notifications to teachers for preparation Push notifications to teachers for the schedule of the day on specified time.

Courseware Settings

Courseware

• Allow students to view courseware When enabled, students can view courseware during and after class. After setting preview, they can also view courseware at the specified time before class.

• Allow students to download and print courseware When enabled, students can download and print courseware in courseware details.

• Allow teachers to view courseware When enabled, teachers can view courseware during and after class. After setting lesson preparation, they can also view courseware at the specified time before class.

• Allow teachers to download and print courseware When enabled, teachers can download and print courseware in courseware details.

Assignment Settings

• Comment Assignment Turn on to allow teacher to mark student's assignment.

• Share Assignments If it's turned on, teachers can share all assignments and students can share their own ones.

• Assignment Notice Turn on to limit the number of assignment reminders.

• Default assignment ddl Live Course Assignment Deadline = Lesson end time + selected days; Video Course Assignment Deadline = Lesson completion time + selected days

• Default Deadline Live Course Test Deadline = Lesson end time + selected days; Video Course Test Deadline = Lesson completion time + selected days

Course Recording

• Replay Watch all recordings of the course even registering halfway

• Download recordings Turn on to enable teachers/students to download recordings (mp4 files only).

• Playback Setting Prioritize MP4 or Regular playback setting in teacher and student side.

Administrative Management

• Course Schedule The course scheduling configuration administrator can schedule courses for teachers on the teacher and student side of the course. The system supports two ways: the administrator can schedule courses for teachers directly, or schedule courses according to the teacher's free time.

• Arrange by Teacher's Leisure Time After this function is enabled, the teacher can set the idle period on the teacher side. Schedule teachers only show available teachers.

• Repeat Schedule Verification When it is turned on, teacher cannot be assigned to two lessons at the same time.

• Attendance Duration It will be the default length of all classes created after that. (Duration: 10-60 minutes)

Lesson Reservation

• Book Lessons It's turned off by default. If it's turned on, there will be menus for teachers, students and admin to manage lesson reservation.

• Cancel Reservation It's not allowed by default.

• Deadline for Booking Lessons The deadline for students to make an appointment for the course on the same day.

• Attendance Booked lessons: the successful appointment represents the student attend the lesson; Enter classroom: entering the classroom represents the student attend the lesson.

Leave Settings (1-on-1 available)

• Leave request Disabled by default. Students can request leave when enabled.

• Leave request deadline The request should be sent earlier than the preset deadline before class.

• Max leave request per month Set the maximum number of leave request per month for a course. Students cannot apply exceeding the limit.

• Leave session handling Postpone: Missed and remaining sessions are shifted together. Cancel: The session is removed after leave and can be added again.

Recording management

• Recording archive duration Starting from the time of recording generation, when the archive limit is reached, the playback will be automatically archived. (Recording archives significantly reduce storage costs. The specified recording should be activated by admin and can be displayed after 24 hours.)

• Recording retention duration Starting from the time of recording generation or archive activation, when the storage limit is reached, the playback will be automatically deleted. (Note: Recording retention duration should be greater than the archive duration plus 180 days)

• Courseware management In-class courseware retention duration Starting from the end time of the class, when the limit are reached, the locally uploaded courseware will be automatically deleted

• Assignment management Assignment retention duration Starting from the assignment deadline, when the limit are reached, the locally uploaded files in the assignment will automatically deleted

Drive management

Drive Settings

• Access to Drive If it's turned on, members can be assigned to check files in different folders.

• Teacher's Drive Turn on to add a drive for teacher side that is private and data separated.

• Associate Courseware by Teachers Turn on to allow teachers to associate courseware on teacher side.
