Enterprise Online Drive

Cloud storage (Online Drive) is the internal storage space of each enterprise. When an enterprise is successfully created, a public online drive is automatically created for all members. We call this The enterprise Online Drive.

Administrators can enable cloud storage for their teachers through Online Drive. Once enabled, teachers can access the Online Drive through the course's teacher and student portals. Data stored on Online Drive is isolated between teachers, ensuring data security and privacy.

Enterprise administrators can view, download and delete the Online Drive content of all teachers in the enterprise through the course management terminal.

The main enterprise can choose whether to synchronize courseware with its subsidiary enterprises. The Online Drives of each subsidiary enterprise are independent of each other. The content of the subsidiary enterprise Online Drive cannot be viewed in the main enterprise Online Drive.
