Enterprise network disk

Cloud storage is the internal storage space of each enterprise. When an enterprise is successfully created, a public cloud storage is automatically created for all members. We call this the enterprise cloud storage.

Administrators can enable cloud storage for their teachers through Enterprise Management/Cloud Storage Management. Once enabled, teachers can access the cloud storage through the course's teacher and student portals. Data stored on cloud storage is isolated between teachers, ensuring data security and privacy.

Enterprise administrators can view, download and delete the network disk content of all teachers in the enterprise through the course management terminal.

The main enterprise can choose whether to synchronize courseware with its subsidiary enterprises. The network drives of each subsidiary enterprise are independent of each other. The content of the subsidiary enterprise network drive cannot be viewed in the main enterprise network drive.
